Junction with 19.3-mile-long Lake Louise Road to camping at Lake Louise State Recreation Area. Features glaciers and snowcapped mountains. Year-round fishing includes whitefish, burbot, arctic grayling and lake trout. The lake systems stretches for 50 miles. Lookout for numerous small lakes along the way (many within a mile from the road) where you can cast your rod. The state campground has 50 camp sites, and offer the basic amenities including water, toilets, hiking trails, fishing and is handicap accessible.
